Items must be returned unworn. Unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garmen. All sale items are FINAL SALE, and are only eligible for exchange or store credit. FINAL SALE items do not quality for free returns.

For US customers, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost (free shipping both ways!)

1. IN PERSON AT OUR SHOWROOM Bring the item(s) you wish to return to Posh Mia Showroom location. No receipt, return label or shipping box necessary! You just provide your email address or order number and your refund will be initiated immediately.

2. VIA THE MAIL All domestic orders ship with a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to Posh Mia please:

2) check your email a return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

3) place items in its original packaging or any safe packaging.

4) place return label outside of the sealed package covering any previous shipping labels and drop off at your nearest drop off location.

Once we have received the item, a refund will be processed immediately.

Drop your package at a UPS/FedEx location (determined by your return label) without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS or FedEx site to find the closest location.

Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS/FedEx pick-up.
